By using Flekt.com you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms and conditions please refrain from using the Flekt service. We suggest that you read this page carefully and check periodically for updates.

These should be a given:

  1. You may not impersonate any person.
  2. You have control of the information you share on Flekt through privacy settings you are able to manage who views your profile, photos, and trackers.
  3. You are responsible for maintaining your password security.
  4. You agree to accept responsibility for any activity that occurs under your account.
  5. You may upload media as long as the content is not illegal, threatening, infringing of intellectual property rights, or does not contain nudity.
  6. You may not upload media that contains viruses or worms or other destructive forms of code.
  7. You must not use Flekt for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  8. You must be 13 years or older to use this service.
  9. You may not use or reproduce any content on this site without the permission of the creator
  10. You agree that your use of this site will be in accordance with this agreement.

Violation of any part of the above agreement will result in the termination of your Flekt account. While Flekt does not allow such conduct and/or content on its site, you understand and agree that Flekt cannot be responsible for the content posted on its site and you may be exposed to such materials.  Therefore, you use the Flekt service at your own risk.

A Few General Conditions

  1. We have the right but not the obligation to edit or remove any content that violates these terms.
  2. We have the right to cancel your account at any time for breach of these terms or for any inappropriate behavior.
  3. We are not responsible for the actions, or content uploaded by you or any third party.
  4. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
  5. We are not liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this site.
  6. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime.
  7. We respect the intellectual property rights of others. All content on this site is the property of Flekt or its content suppliers and protected by United States and international copyright laws.
  8. We do our best at maintaining the site working properly, but Flekt is on an “As Is’’ basis and your use of this site is at your sole risk.
  9. We cannot assure that users will abide by these terms and conditions.
  10. We reserve the right to modify or remove anything from this agreement at anytime.
  11. We reserve the right to take back usernames on behalf of individuals or businesses that hold a legal claim or trademark on those usernames.

Copyrights (if you created it, it's yours)

  1. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over the material you upload to Flekt. Your profile and your media remain yours. You can remove your profile at any time by deleting your account. This will also remove any text and images you have stored in the system.
  2. However, we encourage users to contribute their creations to the public domain and/or consider progressive licensing terms.
  3. Flekt undertakes to obey relevant copyright laws. We will review all claims of copyright infringement received and remove content deemed to have been posted or distributed in violation of any such laws.
